SMASH! I’m back! Been a manic week of interviews and traveling up and down the country, my time for exercising and eating right has been pushed to the minimum…I’m sure there are plenty of miracle working single parents out there that could (quite rightly so) give me an ear-bashing over my lack of time management this week.
That being said I still ate…OK… Lets see how I got on:
Weight: 221.5 lbs (0)
Waist: 38 (-1)
Abdomen: 42 (-0.5)
Chest: 45.5 (0)
Thigh: 26 (+1)
Arm: (14 (-0.5)
fat %: 23.5 (-0.5%)
Well I’m actually pretty amazed with that! I haven’t put anything on weight wise but appear to have lost some body fat % and a couple inches, that is right where I want to be! I have felt really guilty this week as well. So much so I wrecked myself in the gym yesterday, I mean my 85 year old nan can bend over further than I can today!

So smashed a HIIT session in the gym this evening and for some reason the KFC that I have to walk past everyday (dont ask me why they feel the need to put it next to a gym) seemed a little bit more irresistible to me than usual.
